The funds invested in Anuva are invested into the SPV which is operated in accordance with the investors’ objectives, giving investors control over their investment decisions. The role of Anuva is principally that of compliance and oversight.

​Funds invested in Anuva by way of share subscription are directed into a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which is established and operated on behalf of the investor group in such a manner that the investment objectives of the group are fulfilled.
