AIF has partnered with industry experts and reputable engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) partners to ensure that only quality projects are selected and developed. AIF plays a pivotal role in bringing projects to market while retaining small interests in direct Solar PV projects to maximize the after-tax returns for investors.

  • Deliver a minimum net yield of 10% to investors from green energy related investments with a target annual return of   

  • 13–18%.

  • The company invests in unleveraged solar projects with no 3rd party loan funding​

  • Minimum 3 year investment 

  • Dividends paid quarterly 

  • Redemption options after 3 years

​The Anuva Impact Fund (AIF) is a high-yield alternative investment vehicle. AIF is aimed at providing private investors the opportunity to participate in a structured equity fund that uses tax-effective financing for the development of qualifying renewable energy projects in South Africa, with a current focus on Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) projects.
