​Our Fixed Income Fund aims to provide investors with a low-risk, attractive return on investment while acting as a sustainable income generator. Secured by underlying assets, being a rental book of over  R175 million, this remains a highly successful fund. The Fixed Income Fund has also diversified its portfolio to include secured rental assets in the solar energy sector and short-term investments secured by fixed property.
